Brooke Canyon Owners Association was incorporated on October 23, 1995 and has a total of 93 homes. During the initial construction (1995) the homes along Stephanie Brook were constucted (31 homes). The homes on Ashley Brooke (23 Homes) and Lark Brooke (23 homes) were completed and annexed during Phase II (1998) and after Phase III (1999) was completed and annexed the HOA was completed giving us Michael Brooke (12 Homes) and Sandy Brook (16 Homes).

Irrigation water (33.3 shares) is supplied by Wenatchee Reclamation District at the canal crossing Fifth Street and our HOA transfers the water to the the homes via two pumps which are fully maintained by the HOA.
